Paper Pumpkin September Layered Leaves

Hello!

This month's Paper Pumpkin arrived yesterday and I had time to create some of the kit with my daughter, Sarah. She loves to craft and Paper Pumpkin is perfect for her. Everything is included and she takes such delight in completing a project.

We made half the kit - the adorable notecards:

I recently made this Painted Autumn Mini Pizza Box and I thought these cards would be perfect to fill it.

Sarah with the finished cards:

We still need to make the pillow boxes but I need to fill them with some treats first!

In October and November, the Paper Pumpkin kits will be holiday themed and will coordinate. You don't want to miss out!
If you are interested, you need to sign up by October 10th!

Noel with Carols of Christmas

Hello!

I wanted to share a fun card today:

This card began by blending ink refills onto white card stock. I used Elegant Eggplant, Night of Navy and Pool Party pads. I did want a bit of a stormy, snowy sky. Over the bottom of the base which is Pool Party, I used my palette knife to spread Embossing Paste mixed with Dazzling Diamonds to create some texture.

After that dried, I added the trees cut from Brushed Silver card stock. This paper has long been retired and I am down to my very last piece so I decided it would make perfect trees. I really hope Stampin' Up! will consider bringing it back.

I die cut the banner from Mini Treat Bag Thinlits set in Navy and embossed Noel from Christmas Pines using Silver Embossing Powder.

I stamped and die cut the deer and also stamped snowflakes in white ink (stamp from Christmas Pines).

Thanks for stopping by!

Season's Greetings with Snowflake Sentiments

Hello!

I made card for you today using Snowflake Sentiments from the Holiday Catalog:

I based my card on the beautiful sample from Stamping' Up! in the Holiday catalog:

I used a piece of Designer Series Paper from Christmas Around the World as my base. I cut the snowflakes from Pool Party and embossed the sentiment with silver. I used one of the Lots of Labels framelits.

TIP: Add a Multipurpose Adhesive sheet to your card stock before cutting these intricate snowflakes.  It makes it SO easy to adhere them after die cutting.

Warmth of Christmas with Snowflake Sentiments

Hello!

We survived the remnants of Hurricane Irma with little damage so we are so grateful for that!

Today I have a winter themed card to share using items from the Holiday Catalog:

I embossed the snowflakes in silver and watercolored with Pool party, Pacific Point and Tempting Turquoise reinkers. I stamped the sentiment in Pacific Point and punched and added silver ribbon. I used my favorite paper ever, Brushed Silver (long retired) behind the watercolor piece.

The base is Tempting Turquoise.
